Preparing a container transport request
Identify the container and load
State the number, type (20 or 40 ft), full or empty status, gross weight and exact nature of goods. Attach the packing list and dimensions of unusual loads.
Prepare the port collection
Specify the port, terminal, availability date, release references and port contact. Confirm who prepares documents and formalities. A vessel’s arrival date alone does not confirm collection readiness.
Anticipate delivery and borders
State the address, time slot, access width and bearing capacity, manoeuvring area and unloading equipment. For border crossings identify your licensed broker and applicable documents. AL MOUBARAK does not act as your customs broker.
Agree the return
Provide empty-container return instructions and depot constraints. Include these in the proposal without assuming a guaranteed lead time.
Goods to move?
Tell us the origin, destination, nature and weight of your load, and your preferred date. An operations manager reviews your request.
