Dangerous goods transport, within the authorised scope

Carrying dangerous goods requires an authorisation, designated vehicles and specific precautions. AL MOUBARAK holds an authorisation from the Ministry of Transport for the road transport of such goods throughout Cameroon.

Our authorisation

  • Authority: Minister of Transport of the Republic of Cameroon.
  • Purpose: road transport of dangerous goods.
  • Scope: national territory, with the vehicles designated in the decision.
  • Duration: two years, renewable.

How we handle a request

No request is accepted automatically: a proposal is only made after review.

  • You describe the goods: proper name, UN number and class if known, packaging, quantity, origin and destination.
  • You attach the safety data sheet and any transport documents required.
  • We review the request: compatibility with our authorisation and designated vehicles, route, loading conditions.
  • We reply: a proposal, or an explanation if the request falls outside the authorised scope.

What we do not do

  • Dangerous goods transport outside Cameroon under this authorisation.
  • Transport with a vehicle not designated in the authorisation.

Prepare your shipment

Gather goods description and packaging, weight and dimensions, exact addresses, dates, on-site contacts and loading and unloading equipment. Responsibilities and constraints are agreed before departure.

  • Packing list, invoice and release documents.
  • Container: number, type, full or empty status, gross weight and return instructions.
  • Regulated goods: proper name, UN number if known, safety data sheet and prior review.

Operational sequence and communication

After review and approval of the proposal, a transport order assigns the vehicle and driver. Loading is checked and secured; your contact informs you at key stages. Delivery is jointly checked with a signed note. Road conditions, access, borders and availability are reviewed without a transit guarantee.

Do you handle customs clearance?

How do I follow my shipment?

Your operations contact keeps you informed at key stages and delivery. We do not promise an online tracking platform.
